Summerrrrr 2014 ((so far))

So obviously someone started school and has been swamped and hasn't blogged like she should have. Not gonna name names. But I was about to delete all the photos on my phone after transferring them to the computer and thought "wait a second! I need to blog some of them." So here I am. Blogging some photos of some of our whereabouts this Summer.
Justin the water drop at Hogle Zoo as a conservation thingy
Isaiah, Ezra and Colter enjoying the water table at the new Museum of Natural Curiosity.
Me n ez, bein cute.
Ezra's last day of preschool with Teacher Wendy
Ez is a little fishy again thanks to his new goggles! He loves to do "swimmin lessons" with me at the clubhouse pool.
Meanwhile, Colter would rather hang out in the shade and safety of our new jogging stroller. He's fallen in the water a couple times and is not a fan.
Colter's first haircut! My oh my it killed me to see those knotty locks go. But I left the top nice n long so it wasn't entirely traumatic for me. And he didn't seem to mind at all. Winning.
Every time we go to the pool Ezra rides his scooter and stops at every dandelion and flower-resembling weed, picks it, and gives it to me.
Ezra has played on a 4-5 year old soccer team. Even though he's one of the youngest (if not the youngest) player on his team he's arguably one of the best. His season high was 7 or 8 goals in a game but he always managed at least one or two against tougher teams. We have a lot of fun watching their hilarious games and Ezra keeps score the entire time. Always runs to us after each goal he scores and gives a round of high fives and steals a swig of water before running back out there.
Team photo.
I love my Ezra boy.
Hydrating.
One of the best things about Colter is his love of food. He is a bottomless pit and always eats a ton. The best is when you present him with food. His face lights up, he clasps his hands together, smiles, sometimes laughs, and always says "OoOOooo!" He's easy to impress.
Excuse the bad lighting and coloring and freakish nature of my hair and focus on the sweetest gesture ever. This is how Colter gets to sleep, day in and day out. His tiny arms wrapped around our necks. It is the best place in the world, I tell ya.
Swimming at Lindon Pool on a cloudy, cold day! I didn't mind the extra snuggles though. Thumbs up.
Ezra's nana didn't mind the extra snuggles either! And Ezra was the first soft-serve ice cream customer. And it was delicious.
And lastly, here's a couple of shots of Colter from today. Ezra has always called him Coco and lately has apparently gotten lazy because now the nickname is Coke. And I love it.
