justin & i had tickets to see the jazz v. mavericks game on friday, dec. 3rd. he surprised me by getting us a room at little america in SLC as part of my christmas present! it was a much needed break for the both of us. ezra stayed with justin's mom and we had lots of fun... first we ate at costa vida at the gateway and did a little shopping. the game kinda blew. dallas is way good and the jazz just couldn't hang with em. that said, it was the first game i went to that i actually got to see some really good players. usually i just get to see the crappy teams so it was fun even though we lost. dirk is INsane.

Dirk really IS insane! I've loved watching him over the years, you just never expect him to be as good as he is. That being said, I love the Jazz more and was sad they lost.
Love that Justin took you out to spend time together, it's nice to have that occasional time alone uninterrupted by crying.
Sounds like a lovely early christmas gift lyssa! glad you & jus could spend some one-on-one time together. call me to babysit anytime! ;)
such a bummer the jazz lost. glad you got to have a little time away though! def deserve it. still miss you!
