One Man's Trash...

...is my absolute treasure!

Ryan had a yard sale fundraiser for his baseball team on Saturday. Justin and I hit it up on our way home from Park City (see post below). We got some excellent deals.

First, an old wooden chair and desk that needed face lifts.

i sanded, primed, and painted these all by myself. :)

Next... an old camera bag that i LOVE.

i just need to clean it up a bit.

and an old corner bookshelf....

{i also painted that. its just bright and fun and i like it.}

and finally, an old lamp that turns out not to work but its still cool.

justin was nice enough to watch ezra while i did my crazy projects. they were tired though, and took a nap.

adding it all up...

i spent:

$20 on spray paint and primer

and less than $30 on my yard sale purchases. plus i got a broken old camera, an old armchair, and a vest for justin. 

that day was a good day.
