No no, we didn't visit Los Angeles. Every year we visit Salt Lake City with the Sorensons and stay at the Little America Hotel. Hence, the L.A. We went earlier this year- traditionally going just before or just after Christmas and despite the unseasonably warm weather we had a blast.
Temple lights, shopping, three huge meals a day from the coffee shop, hoards of tourists, swimming, movies (interstellar and big hero 6), and train rides!
